a singer/songwriter who strongly believes in the transformative power of music. Music heals. Music creates community. Music is medicine.
A seasoned musician of 30+ years, Edis plays at various venues and functions in solo, duo, and trio acts as well as with her band, "Edis and the Incredibles."
Her unique brand of folky, bluesy tunes has moved and entertained audiences in the Bozeman valley since North 19th didn’t exist past Durston.
If it's got a good message and good groove, it's in. Influences include everything from Bonnie Raitt, to Mary Chapin Carpentar, to Greg Allman.
Her primary instrument is her powerful and heartfelt vocals. She also plays six and twelve string guitar, four and five string bass, ukulele, and percussion.
Edis is also happy to provide guitar and voice lessons.
