July Jaunts

July Jaunts

Just as I was out walking and thinking about what I would write for this newsletter, this more-than-magnificent rainbow appeared yesterday evening (see photo above). I don’t think I’ve ever seen one quite so spectacular. Thank you, Universe.

We sure have been having an unusual spring/summer this year, at least in my memory of 30+ years of living in Bozeman. Snow on the last day of spring, hail a week later, cold evening temps, mighty rain storms. Then this beautiful rainbow. Still no place I’d rather be (except perhaps Maui in February).

I must make a quick apology for some scheduling mix-ups in June. I was out of town for the first two weeks and had long distance scheduling challenges. I ended up having to cancel the June Valhalla Meadery date. Nicely enough, they rescheduled me for July. See below for details. This will be my first time at this fine establishment, so would love to see you there. Speaking of new venues, have you checked out Nordic Brew Works yet? My, my. I’m happy to be coming back for a second visit this month. Super cool place with great food and drinks. Stone fired pizzas. My favorite is the veggie polenta dish. Yum!

Hope to catch you at some outdoor--or indoor--gig. I do love playing outdoors. Here’s what’s coming up:
