June Newsletter 2022

Greetings, my friends. It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Hoping you are all staying happy and healthy. Here’s a photo from a lovely trip to Yellowstone in March, a great time to visit. Less crowds and inspiring vistas. My dear friend Sarah Harvey took this photo of me dancing with a tree!

Although I haven’t had many public performances lately, I have been enjoying sharing my music regularly with senior peeps at various facilities in the valley. What a joy. I find sharing music is THE best therapy for me. I did have a recent wonderful experience playing for Montana InSite Theater at the end of May. What a lovely creation. To see more about their exciting productions, see www.montanainsitetheatre.org.

Here are some gigs scheduled for June. Hoping to share more soon!

Wednesday, June 8: I’m excited to be playing for the first time at the Livingston Farmer’s Market with my musical buddy, Cliff DeManty on keyboard. That’s 5 to 7:30 pm at Sacajawea Park in Livingston. No cover, of course. Check out the local produce and crafts! Sure to be a blast.

Wednesday, June 15: I’ll be back at 320 Ranch’s Chuckwagon BBQ in Big Sky, 5 to 8 pm or so. For more info, see www.320ranch.com/dining/chuckwagon-bbq

Saturday June 4th and 18th: Listen to my “Blues by Heart” show on KGLT, 3 to 6 pm. I’m happy to share some of my favorite blues artists every other Saturday in the summer months. You can listen in locally at 91.9 fm, or stream and find more frequencies at www.kglt.net

I’ll be taking a bit of time off in early July, but mark your calendars for July 22nd for Ted’s Montana Grill when Cliff and I will be playing on the back patio, 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

Also, “Edis and the Incredibles” will be back at the Manhattan Car Show Saturday, July 30, 11 am to 3 pm. Always a blast to play outdoors to a fun local crowd. Join us and check out some great classic cars!

Thank you all, and happy Spring! Loving the rain we’ve received and seeing everything burst out in vibrant color! I’ll bet you do, too!

All the best,

Edis
