July Newsletter 2021

Greetings, all! Summer has come on full swing, hasn’t it? Hot! I took this photo on Solstice evening, the longest day of the year. The sky was crazy beautiful, and constantly changing. I took a bunch of pictures, and liked this one the best because the road was visible, as well as the mountains. Seems my life’s road has been a bit unclear this past months, but the hilltops have always been visible in the distance. These days, I’m trying to focus on that path to the mountains. The gigs are starting to come back, and I’ve been quite busy with public and private gigs. My voice is regaining its strength, and my brain is slowly remembering all those lyrics and chords! I’d gotten pretty rusty during the COVID shut down.

Here’s what’s happening:

Every Wednesday till September: I’ll be playing music for the BBQs at 320 Ranch, Big Sky. If you want to attend, you’ll need to contact the ranch directly. https://320ranch.com/dining/chuckwagon-bbq/

Friday, July 16th: Join me for some folky, bluesy tunes at Ted's Montana Grill's outside patio. Special guests include award winning Nancy Padilla on violin and Mike Carey on standup bass. No cover, just come enjoy some great grub, drinks, and tunes! 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Saturday, August 14th: Edis and The Incredibles at the car show in Manhattan. Details to follow.

Friday, August 20th: Edis with Cliff DeManty at Ted’s Montana Grill. Save the date!

Listen in to my Blues by Heart show on KGLT 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday: July 17 and 31st. www.kglt.net

Stay cool out there! And thanks for the support.
